The flag of Navarre is a flag, that shows the image of the coat of arms, golden chains on a red background. In this form it was introduced for the Kingdom of Navarre in the 15th century. Between 1589 and 1830 the kings of France had the title "King of Navarre". The flag has regional significance to this day.
